These are some of the basic steps a user must follow when migrating from the old system.

Corporate Users Step Guide (Previous Users Migration)

1. From the details received about your migration to the new system enter the password received and your email address.

2. You then have to change your password to a more secure one.

If you did not receive the email with credentials but you were on the previous system follow these steps

1. On the login page click on forgot password

2. Enter your email address to receive your password reset token

3. Enter the token and input your new secure password

Individual Users Step Guide (Previous Users Migration)

1. Click on Migration

2. Enter phone number and account number used in previous system for verification of existence of your profile.

3. Enter OTP to verify details

4. Update profile information especially email address

5. Submit the form and you are done. Then login with your new password and email
